Job description

We’ve come a long way from selling smoothies in West London in 1999. We now make and sell our drinks across Europe and in other continents.


We are looking for someone to join us in the European Operations team to manage our total network capacities in the role of Supply Network Planner. You will be taking the business’s commercial demand requirements and developing a really clear picture of our capacity requirement and ensuring this is in place across our supply & manufacturing network. Your role will be to set up the right capabilities to meet future demand. You’ll be steering the Supply team to make the right sourcing decisions in using these capacities and capabilities. You’ll recommend a capacity plan, ensuring we have the right contingencies in place, taking into account balanced risk and cost. The role will help present a beautiful clear picture for our monthly S&OP process, illuminating risks & opportunities and thereby enabling the right decisions for the business in balancing supply and demand. You’ll work across our End to End supply chain from ingredients, via packaging, logistics, our copackers and the blender to our end customers.


You will be working closely with teams internally including our procurement, our blender factory, linking with our operations concept delivery team, commercial, technical, S&OP, and Supply Finance. You’ll also be in close connection with our external partners in supply, in particular our co-packer network. You will help to ensure we have the capacity to manage future demand and deliver growth of the business and also have the opportunity to input into some of our exciting projects such as campaigns or new product launches.

There will be many opportunities to identify improvement to current ways of working and processes across the full supply chain and smart ways to drive appropriate utilisation while delivering smart contingencies

Job requirements

You'll have

Previous experience from more than one area of the supply chain, preferably in the manufacturing/co-packing operations or planning, and understand the risks and resilience inherent in our supply network, and be adept at developing appropriate mitigations for risk.
To be a whizz at data analytics and pulling together insights in a meaningful way that will enable scenario development for supply and finance and for recommendations. Also, the influencing skills to get the right business decisions made.
Be a self-sufficient, self-starter. You’ll be super driven to get the right level of clarity on what decisions need to be made, and get them made, to deliver great results.


A really great candidate for this role will also have:
* A background across different functions within supply chain and ability to influence across a supplier base
* The ability to build relationships quickly and work cross functionally (stakeholdermanagement)
* An affinity for numbers with proficiency in Excel & Power BI
* Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills
* Able to generate clear insights and support conclusions from the masses of data
* Experience of working within a S&OP cycle
* Financial understanding of the Supply Chain to support decision recommendations.
* The blender is based in Rotterdam Europoort, you need own transport to reach our factory.
